I'm a front-end developer based in the UK with over three years of professional experience building with React, TypeScript and Next.js.
At my current company, a SaaS company, I'm the sole front-end developer: I'm migrating the codebase from Vue and JavaScript to React and TypeScript, shipping product features end-to-end and keeping it all covered with Vitest and Cypress tests. I own the front end from architecture decisions through to delivery.
I taught myself to code in 2021 through The Odin Project, Codecademy and an OpenClassrooms web developer bootcamp, and I still spend my spare time building side projects and learning new tools.

01 · E-commerce
A full-stack e-commerce demo with accounts, a persistent basket and product reviews. Browse by category, search with live suggestions, rate products and switch between light and dark mode. Accessible, responsive and covered by end-to-end tests.
02 · Social network
A full-stack social media platform inspired by Facebook, where users can create an account, share posts, comment, add friends and get notifications. A TypeScript monorepo: a React and TanStack Query front end talks to an Express and MongoDB REST API with JWT authentication and S3 image uploads, tested with Vitest and Cypress.
03 · Social app
Instagram, but for pets: owners create an account for their pets and share posts and pictures. Built with React and Firebase for authentication, storage and data.
